EarthMade Memory Foamsâ„¢
Standard Memory Foam
This memory foam is fire retardant to CAL 117:2013 and is an open cell polyurethane foam at 5 to 6 pounds per cubic foot density. This material is formulated for support values from ultra-soft to extra-firm.
BS 5852 Crib 5 Memory Foam
This memory foam is fire retardant to British Standard 5852 Crib 5 in addition to compliance with CAL 117:2013. Support values from ultra-soft to extra-firm are available in this formulation. Densities are the same as the standard foam.
Ultra High Density Memory Foam ("Gel-Foam")
This particular memory foam has a gel-like feel and comes in 3 thicknesses, 1/2, 1.0 and 2.0 inches. The 1.0 and 2.0 inch inch foams are fire retardant to both CAL 117:2013 and BS 5852 Crib 5 for fire retardency. The 1/2 inch material meets only the CAL 117:2013 standard. This high density foam is 16 to 30 pounds per cubic foot.
